SHARES
Each company has 10 shares. The player or entity that has the most shares controls the company. If a company is controlled by a company its executive will manage the company, and if the company is controlled by another entity the entity's favoured player will manage the company. The executive is the player that manages the company. An executive can make a dividend payment if the company is able to afford it, this will pay $1 per share to each shareholder (outstanding shares only).
IPO
When a company is first started a price for the IPO must be chosen. The player who chooses the price will be able to buy as many shares as they want and can afford for themselves or any entities that they control. In current turn order all other players will also be able to do this until all 10 shares are sold or every player has the opportunity to purchase shares.
TRADING
Company shares can be bought and sold on the exchange. These shares will be traded with the plutocracy and public entities, using market orders. The exchange popup displays the selected entity's cash and debt as well the price of each share and amount of shares the selected entity has in their portfolio.
