This is a fully programmed digital tabletop game. Its rules and gameplay closely resemble the latest version of the board game. The goal of Fallen Flags is to accumulate personal wealth by investing in companies, and manipulating other entities to achieve financial dominance. Below are the turn phases.

I: MUNICIPALITIES
Village and towns will attempt to grow and villages will attempt to spawn. The public pays maintenance for municipalities at end of the phase.

II: PLUTOCRACY
Loan payments will be made and the plutocracy will attempt to purchase a company share from the public.

III: ELECTION
Players can change their vote, other entities update their votes, and election results are recalculated. Players receve 1 vote for each public opinion they have and an additional vote if they are favoured by the plutocracy.

IV: GOVERNMENT
The governor can manage governmental settings, manage lawmen, and take loans and trade shares on the behalf of the government and its subsidiaries.

V: PLAYERS
Players can take loans and trade shares on their own behalf, and manage companies they are executive of.

VI: REVENUE
Company and public revenue is calcuated, and taxes and wages are paid.

VII: UNION
The union representative can manage stewards.

VIII: MOB
The mob boss can manage mobsters.
